Deepening
The sculpture with a ritual character is dedicated to the origin of life and fertility. It depicts six pregnant women surrounding a parturient assisted by three male figures, one of whom facilitates the delivery while the other two prepare and administer a probable narcotic to ease the pain. The head of the unborn child is visible. The female figures are nude, while the men wear a thong-belt.
